Contacting surgery via digital methods of access
Did you know you can contact your surgery digitally/electronically?
Most people have access to the internet in some form, whether you use your smart phone, tablet, or computer - it is simple to get in touch with us. Using a digital format to contact your Surgery means you can contact us at any time of day or night, no need to wait until the surgery opens to put your request in, and no waiting on the telephones.
What services can we offer you?
We offer several ways of contacting us digitally:-
NHS Wales App/My Health Online
This service allows you to make appointments online that are only available to you! These appointments are reserved for web only and cannot be booked inhouse. You can also request your medication at a time that suits you; this includes repeat medication and acute requests. Please note, you will still need to allow 48 working hours to collect from surgery and 72 working hours to collect from Pharmacy.
E-consult
You can use this service to request sick notes, medications, ask queries, admin requests, or request an appointment. Please note if you are looking for an emergency appointment we would always recommend you contact the surgery by telephone as we can navigate your issue with better knowledge.
Email
You can contact surgery by email for any queries you have; including requesting sick notes, appointment/call back requests, admin requests, complaints, concerns and feedback. Please feel free to contact us on practice.manager.w00005@wales.nhs.uk. You will get a bounce back email acknowledging your email, this will also advise that the email is not manned 24/7 and therefore if you need urgent assistance you are requested to contact surgery via telephone
We also has a social media page on Facebook. We share updates and relevant information on our social media page. Please head over and give us a follow!
